How to beat depression
Depression is a common
and serious medical disorder illness that negatively affects how you feel, the
way you think and how you act. When you are in the form of depression then you
feel your life very bleak and hopeless. It starts affecting your day to day
life. It starts decreasing your thinking, feeling, and acting power in any
situation.

1. Hopeless Outlook
2. Lost Interest in any activity
3. Increased fatigue and sleeping problem
4. Anxiety
5. Anger and Irritability
6. Changes in appetite and weight

9. Reckless behavior
Depression is sometimes
connected directly with suicide. According to WHO data approx 800 000 (data
source=who.int) people die every year due to depression.
In my words we can avoid
such kind of serious illness or if I would say that every illness which is
related to mental health can be curable without medicines on its early stage.
Some natural way those I feel can help to beat depression on its early stage.
1. Talk to someone when you feel
depressed then start sharing your thoughts and feeling with others or we can
say that look for a third person perspective which can help you take better
decision.
2. Take a long walk as walking is very
healthy exercise for our full body. So, whenever you feel anxiety or irritate
then go for a long walk, it can instantly uplift your mood.
3. Feel the warm Sun when you lost your
interest in activity or you lost feeling then start feeling sunlight daily
which can help to rebuild your interest or feeling power.
4. Read a Book reading is always better
option when you are alone and travelling. It always gives you more idea or
perspective to see every situation.
“My
experience” When I lost my baby after that it was a very difficult time for me.
I was at the stage of depression, or you can say that I was knocking the door
of depression but suddenly I thought that it was not good for me at that early
stage of my life then I start reading to divert my mind from my current
situation. Then I got a book name “Bhagwat Gita” in Hindi version, and you
would not believe it really helps me to understand my situations and give me so
much power for react on them. In my point of view, I recommend “Bhagwat Gita”
for each person who is suffering from depression. You can directly buy clicking

5. Quite drinking and smoking drinking
and smoking can give you relief for short time but at the stage of depression
you need to quit these things otherwise your depression stage can be worse.
6. Laugh out Loud laughing really helps
you to feel batter. Start watching comedy movie, kids cartoon and video.
Laughing therapy can also be a better option to resolve early stage of
depression.
7. Create something or be creative start
doing something creative in your spare time which made you feel good when you
were not in depression. It really helps to rebuild that time in your routine
which you have missed due to life’s obstacles.
8. Start writing and sharing whenever
you get the time then start writing about your day and start taking reactions
of other peoples on that. It will help you to understand your situation.
So, in my point of view
if a person who is in the early stage of depression can overcome this in my
way. I have written this blog based on my experience.
